Join their stream via Twitch, watch for 20 minutes, claim your award via twitch, claim the award via hogwarts legacy website on the twitch drop down, then claim award via game!
you have to claim it a total of three times basically, but you have to watch the stream on Twitch for 20 minutes to get it!

I have unlock it from day one but it never appeared in game

for my other 4 items i had to claim it on three different things then i got them in game

Sure thing! First I claimed them from Twitch. I went to the drops & campaigns drop down, and claimed the drops from there. Second, I went to hogwarts legacy .com and went to the twitch drop down and claimed it there. Lastly, I hopped on my game and redeemed it in game.
