#Stuck under the map

I've got a glitch where when I open my game and load my save I'm stuck under the map falling down. I cant open any menu's so I cant get on my broom or use the map for fast travel, and when I load an earlier save the same happens. I already tried deleting my config file but that doesn't change anything. Its to the point where I feel like I have to start all over 😢
