Hello,
The Merlin’s cloak is not showing in-game for me. I have unlocked it through Twitch as it shows as unlocked nor do any other rewards one was able to obtain by watching the proper channels.
Could I get sone assistance? I must be doing something wrong - I do have everything linked with each other.

Could it be that when having a full inventory one is unable to claim it even though it does say the item is redeemed?

don't think so, it's a cosmetic so it doesn't go into yo inventory, did you connect yo wb account and twitch account, and connect yo wb account to HL?

how long ago did you claim them? did you restart the game after you claimed them?

Restarting the Playstation for a second time did fix the issue. Both Merlin’s and other cosmetic’s did pop up and I was able to claim them

If you’re problem still hasn’t been resolved, I had to claim my items from twitch, then from hogwarts legacy website under the twitch menu. then got onto my game and it gave me the option to redeem in game. so you really have to redeem the items 3 times!

I claimed all drops on twitch, but when I conected Twitch to WBAccount (a few days ago) Merlin's cloak was gone from Twitch Drop inventory... I´ve reached Twitch... I hope theres some log or something...
