the first secret is the bridge puzzle, on the bridge near Viaduct Courtyard (that connects the great hall and library place). In that bridge there are brazier that you need to light up using incendio or confringo. Match their symbols to the symbols in the ground plate
second secret is the mechanical clock thing. There is a mechanical tower, in front of hospital wing. You will notice that there are some doors with metal sliders. they make noise so you will notice them for sure. You have to see the sign and stop the pendulum at the exact same sign to open the metal bit

look at the ground, there will be a markings with those roman numbers
