Hogwarts legacy crash on character loading. The second character works normally. Only on the first character is a crash. How to solve it ?

I had the same problems with both patches. I had to verify the integrity of the game files to fix it. Go to your Steam Library and find Hogwarts Legacy on the left. Right click > properties > Local Game Files> Verify Integrity of local game files...
