Has anyone been able to get back into this room after the quest? It's the last chest I'm missing and now I'm post story 😭😭

Solved-
can't claim that this will work for everyone, but this is what I did. - NO fast traveling inside Hogwarts floo network. - Went all the way back to the original puzzle room. Helodonia or however you spell it. - Entered. Walked in a circle to make sure the game knew I was in there. - Exited that room, walked to Depulso Room 1. - Entered, did a few small circles, left. - Walked to Depulso Room 2. Entered. - Room spawned as it was supposed to.
