#56/57 Quest done.... but where is my final quest?

does the PS Quest count towards Quest Challenges? i have 57 quest done in the completed quest section. But in the actual challenge it says 56/57 done. I've been searching for the last side quest for hours.... unless it bugged out on me

Nevermind SACKING SELWYN quest wasn't under my quest list at all and no where to be found. I talked to the lady after i figured out which quest wasn't done it got it. This was the bug. Will report

Also for anyone that has all side quests completed before the final story mission with lodbrok, there is a quest after that to do that will count as the last side quest.
