I am stuck between a building an a hard place. Can’t cast, can’t get into my menu. Cant mount anything. It’s like I’m stuck in a bowl and I can’t get out. My auto save has saved and saved and if I can’t figure it out I lose a few hours gameplay.

This seems to becoming more common in recent days, with players stating they are stuck in unresponsive locations and unable to access the menus.
If you have no auto-saves in a good state, you may find loading into a known good manual save is the only real fix here.
I know this is hindsight, but saving frequently, at least once an hour, can really save you a lot of issues.
