Field Guide stuck on 99%

So, last night after 54 hours of blood, sweat, and maybe some tears before, during, and after the battle with Ranrok, I have completed the field guide.

I managed to make sure I had everything completed. The balloons, the Merlin trials, the Ancient Magic spots, and all side/relationship quests. HOWEVER, the game is still telling me I need to complete one more side/relationship quest.

I went with Hufflepuff as my house and I have done the Azkaban quest, and literally every other quest there was that was available but it still shows as 99% completed. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
