Can’t keep playing the game after the intro

I just bought the game yesterday and I can’t keep playing it after the intro. After the cinematic where I go to the ceremony the game send me back to the menu. If I select my character I have to look at the same cinematic and after it send me to the menu again. Any idea to solve this ?
