But this timeframe also lines up with the patch / update they deployed as well. I would in the first instance consider a clean uninstall and reinstall of the most current video card drivers.
Nvidia Experience can do this automatically (using the custom install) option and ensuring to tick the clean install check box when prompted.

that was my first thought, i checked for a driver update and there was one but it didn’t help… i will try this though thank you so much!!!

If you want a more drastic, wipe and restart method. Youtube using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).
It's a little more advance and requires some precautions, but it is another route you could take.
