so ive collected 15/16 so far i should have 16 but every tutorial ive followed to try find one more is no where to be seen they all have the same locations which ive gone to 3 times and ive been to all of them is there a location tutorials have missed ive not noticed?

Count the amount the tutorial show, if its 16 they havent forgotten any. Then its simply bugged, just walk to all the closets

I would for sure walk to all the closets. Sometimes the key is just sitting at a closet.
