Re installed,
Restarted,
Black screen waiting,
Ran as Admin,
Copied game files from a working PC over,
Uninstalled & installed on different SSD,
Updated Windows,
Update NVIDIA Drivers,
Reinstalled DirectX 12,
Reinstalled .NET
Removed the files from program data.
Removed files from the AppData folder
still crashing.
This started after the Patch on Feb 14th 2023 Build Version - 1120320. Game was working prior to the Feb 14th 2023 update.
