Stuck at 139/140 Conjuration even after update, I have re-checked every Butterfly location and ever collection chest location. The missing conjuration item is the second set of Ground Surfaces. Every area in the game is 100% and i only have 2 additional achievements left to get which is to reach the map chamber on each House and Collectors Edition Trophy

Every beast pen has 3 collection chests. Make sure to check all the locations

Have you tried looking for the last conjuration on internet?

Are you 100% certain you got every Vivarium and butterfly chest? Did you go to each location again? I was pretty sure I had them all but was missing one in the swamp in the far back corner behind the tree you walk under
