Will we be able to get the Merlin robe again and any chance of a timeframe for it?

Regarding the Merlin Cape specifically, the short answer is, we don't know if there will any more streams.

Avalanche Studio advertised two launch streams, which actually turned into three, whereby this cosmetic could be earned.

The community manager for Avalanche indicated in a Tweet they will explore opportunities to grant the Merlin Cloak again, but otherwise, we've yet to hear when or even if this will come to fruition.

It would be best to follow the Hogwarts Legacy Twitter account for updates.

We do know there will be more opportunities to get the cloak. The community manager has said, and WB Games Support continues to say, that we'll have more opportunities. So yes, more chances to get it are coming.

The community manager said a week ago that more chances would come "over the next couple weeks." So I should imagine the next opportunity will happen next week. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Yes, I read it. As I said, WB Games Support on Twitter continues to reply to many people asking about the cloak, and they are telling us that we will have more opportunities to get the cloak. The question isn't if it will happen, the question is when it will happen.
