Obviously this has nothing to do with the game directly but indirectly it has since one of the drops from twitch drops can make you look cooler in-game. Being that said, is Avalanche Games gonna stream more for us to get missing drop before 24th of Feb? Or is there going to be a release for the exclusive item? Or the item isn't exclusive that much that appears in the game?

Regarding the Merlin Cape specifically, the short answer is, we don't know if there will any more streams.
Avalanche Studio advertised two launch streams, which actually turned into three, whereby this cosmetic could be earned.
The community manager for Avalanche indicated in a Tweet they will explore opportunities to grant the Merlin Cloak again, but otherwise, we've yet to hear when or even if this will come to fruition.
It would be best to follow the Hogwarts Legacy Twitter account for updates.
