is there a way to have a spell cycle or 2nd/3rd loadout?

Got 4 spells to use, but I've been swapping them out when I need to use a spell not assigned to the loadout. Instead of swapping them out constantly, is there a way to create multiple loadouts or something like that? Or is it a matter of purely just assigning the spells you want at the time

Yes. Once you unlock Talents, you can redeem Talent Points to obtain this feature.
