Hey guys, just wanted to see if you could help me. My boyfriend had ordered hogwarts legacy deluxe edition and is wanting to play it. However there is a message coming up saying he cannot. (I will attach a photo) we are in New Zealand so this should’ve been able to happen almost 19 hours ago. I have played it on Xbox with no problems. He is on pc, I have heard there is a 13 hour delay but that should be finished by now
Hoping someone can help out. He purchased on steam
