Hello so I have a intel i7, RTX2070ti, 16gb ram and I am wondering if I’ll have any issues playing the game. I do plan on buying a brand new pc with a intel i9, RTX4080, 32GB ram.

according to steam:
you need a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4GB or AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB, a Intel Core i5-6600 (3.3Ghz) or AMD Ryzen 5 1400 (3.2Ghz) and also 16gb of RAM to even start the game.
what they recommend ist:
NVIDIA GeForce 1080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT or INTEL Arc A770, Intel Core i7-8700 (3.2Ghz) or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (3.6 Ghz) and 16gb of RAM.
Long Story short YES you are perfectly equipped :)
