For me i was able to redden all my pre order bouns , at first the dark art set wasn’t there but then I restarted and progressed a little and it popped up

Found them. Its in collection and then appearances and then u scroll all the way down by additional content

But i cant add them

They are purely cosmetic and the mounts require you to unlock mounts in game which is behind Natsai’s quest line

I readed something in announcements that they are working on it and u should try to fully close the game to get you’re rewards
