Where/How Do I equip the items I got for DLC (Like the mask etc...)

I've been progressing pretty good in the story past the tutorials, but I don't even see my DLC items? Where are they, and how do I equip them?

you can use them by customizing your already owned items. in your main gear menu, theres an option to "edit appearance" of the object you've hovering over (it doesnt show if you press it) the button was X for me on xbox if im not mistaken. then it will show you. the prompt should be on the bottom right when you hover over the item (scarf, gloves, robes, etc.) with the correct button for your platform
