I'd assume so...my game is already preloaded. Might not be available from the start. Sometimes you need to get into the game a bit before they unlock.

At the beginning you can link your wb account, there are popups after that for the beaked mask & hogwarts robes, as well as popups for each of the deluxe content features, and the info text says when those become available in game - you have to progress to certain storyline points. So yes to your question, they are automatically installed
