Tbh, in regards to dating... Dont do anything youre not comfortable with, and if you want to do something, work up to it. Its one thing to say put yourself out there, but doing that is hard. Join clubs and societies maybe, convince a friend to come with if you need to.

If you wanna go to bars, maybe start at an outside beer garden with a friend and work up from there

It doesnt come easy, but theres ways to build up
