An in regards to what Liquid said in art, there's something about the kinetic learning side of physically writing

Exactly I’ve learned your more able to remember what you store when it’s paper because you can feel what you wrote compared to on computer it’s different

Yep! I always write up my notes and then a week later write them up on the computer as well

That delay means that the forgetting process begins, and you interrupt that and reinforce those connections via rehearsal
