Hence why I’m saying have it be an option. The common area in Division also gave you missions and shops to sell gear. Could function the same with this game, but if you don’t want to be online, you won’t connect to the servers then. @quasi mist

The hub areas act like finding other players to do stuff with, rather than an MMO where everyone is already in the world, like with Destiny. So yes, there is a point to online mode without players flooding the entire world. @humble sequoia
