I would like to urgently report an incident involving account theft. To state the main issue upfront: my friend’s account (ID: 619318) has been taken over by users "cyslima" and "1825757." It also appears that cyslima may be in possession of multiple accounts besides 1825757.
The issue began when cyslima encouraged Ray, the owner of account 619318, to share his account. Cyslima provided his own email address as part of this request. Ray was hesitant about proceeding with account sharing and ultimately decided against it, but had already shared only his email address with cyslima.
Unfortunately, because Ray’s password was too simple (it was identical to his in-game nickname), cyslima was able to access the account. After gaining access, cyslima changed the password and permanently took control of the account.
Ray has acknowledged his mistake and has taken full responsibility for initially considering account sharing.
I am fully confident that this was a case of deliberate account theft. I respectfully request that you investigate the login attempts and any account recovery or modification records related to these users.
To assist with your investigation, I have attached chat logs and evidence showing that cyslima accessed and used Ray’s account. also, check Ray's youtube channel(https://www.youtube.com/@rayistooprogg). This channel clearly shows that Ray was the previous owner of the account
