I play on Xbox all of the qr codes I've used have been from PC players only issues have been because of not having an accessory or makeup used.

Personally playing on the Xbox series x and every code I’ve tried has worked regardless of the original QR. There have been certain QRs that don’t work from what it seems in general. Typically ones where the QR is either really old, Chinese, or it’s just unreadable to the system

This is a misleading/incorrect error. It's hiding the real error: which is, most likely, failed to decode the QR. Given the QR code you replied to, it's likely the logo is covering too much of the QR code and causing unrepairable damage so that it's corrupt. It's an unfortunate issue that seems very common with the PC version right now.

I decided to make some slight modifications, ill post for you here in case you want it as well as the reference images I used ^^
Note: I went with this hairstyle as she has more bangs then the other one. Lowered the size of the eyes, tatoos, and blush. Adjusted the mouth to give more of a smile look as well as changed the eye color to be a little more brown. Finally I adjusted the eyebrows to be a bit more neutral and slightly down to give a slight cocky look. The expressions look nice thanks to Feria's personality in game.
