keys you get as a drop so thats rng or you can buy them - though i dont recommend it unless you have crazy good luck special places that are hidden theres a link somewhere for spawn locations of purple crates someone might have but i dont unfortunately so i cant link it here, but not all are guaranteed spawns but theres some that are most likely to be there

if you watch the youtube video for naraka rift there should be a tutorial on the hidden spots on the map too they'll show you all the locations

and depending on weather on the map (sandstorm or snow) those ones also appear across the map in different locations

with the snow one you need to have the firecamp effect to melt the ice on the crates and the sandstorm you need to crouch and be near the crate
