#How to stay consistent?

Any tactics people here employ to stay consistent? You know like, remembering all those decisions you & your team have made through the years. You might of written each one down, but can you actually remember all of it for each screen / pull request?
Silly exp. for us FE's, that happened with every team I worked "...don’t forget to disable the submit button when the form is submitting..."... I could literally fill 100 A4 pages with this stuff 😄

Asking because this is really bugging me in my work... Even started creating a custom app to manage it. Wondering if people have a solution

How can a new employee learn all this rules?
Detailed UI guidelines are needed and organized by category. If you don't have that, then QA or your superior should check for such things and give you feedback each time.
Also some rules are more important than others... the more importatn ones should be well documented, you could create a checklist that you have to check before each pull request
