#Problem with input border (outline appearance) after v15 update

I updated our project to v15 of material and now I'm seeing this on all of our input boxes when clicked into them. I'm trying a few things, but not finding anything to correct it. Help?

It would appear this has something to do with tailwinds modifying the CSS
