Actually now that I am thinking deeper into it, I think it will have to be stored on a server, since the name and image should be uploaded by the user and be created automatically when they first register for the app. I might be wrong about that though.

That's hard to answer as you are looking for a technical solution without providing any technical context. For example, mind you are the only one understanding what customer of Business A clicks on the link to get redirected to app really implies.
