I have barely made any changes to the two template projects... It seems like the ASP.NET project doesn't launch at all. (before on my laptop I would get 2 cmd windows to pop up but now only 1 cmd window)

then when I close the cmd i get this popup
i changed the Startup settings but it didn't change anything
