Printed Double Shear Stepper Bottoms - I modified the Nebula stepper bottoms to friction fit a F695-2RS bearing. If your stepper shaft is long enough, it should slide right in and give you double shear. No other parts need to be modified. I am using some StepperOnline motors with 55mm shafts and I think 40mm will just barely work, but it would be safer to go 42mm or longer.

Pretty good!
After testing with the abs I reprinted my full gantry in Asa-gf with 8 perimeters and 6 tops and bottom. They seem super strong for being printed parts!
