ive been chasing this issue for a couple of days to no avail

using a AntClabs V3.1 BLTOUCH.
10mm Mic6 build plate.
TR8x8 Integrated leadscrew.

My z tilt positions will look different compared to normal Hydra 255 Build I've extended build by 30mm in the y direction.

once and a while i can get a consistent first layer enough to complete the first layer and continue on to be a great looking print, but on the other end of it i can barley get it to complete the first layer without having to pause the print, i let the bed heat soak for 5 min prior to printing. i feel like something is not being applied properly with my z offset, because i can run a small .2mm first layer test and actively change the z offset and make the first layer look good, then i save the config and the on the next go around I'm facing the same issue with bad z offset. i have beacon showing up on Wednesday but i feel like their is some other underlying issue, that needs to be solved before i go installing new hardware im not familiar with i use bl touch on all my beds lingers and none of them work like hydra so I'm pretty lost on what to do or where to investigate.

let me know if you need any screenshots of my configs to go over because im at a loss here, im over two spools into z offset adjustments.

if run a g28 and the probe calibrate to the location of my safe z home, it seems like that would be the correct spot to do probe_calibrate at the safe z home position, with paper or a micron feeler gauge, and i save config it feels like its not saving
