Ok... I feel like I'm taking crazy pills... I've had my printer dialed in for what seems like forever. Printing functional prints as well as costmetic "just for fun" prints. Pressure advance calibrated... input shaping calibrated... but I recently tried to print a file for a split keyboard case and thought maybe it was just made for a different PCB or something because nothing lined up. I ended up designing my own... and just adjusted things as needed, but then I realized that the measurements in CAD were off from reality. It turns out my printer has developed a pretty aggressive skew over time? I'm running a Mercury One.1 (Ender 5 Pro)... I adjusted belt tension, and also made sure (to the best of my ability) that my x gantry was square. I then went through the full CaliFlower skew calibration process and my prints are still not square. I'm getting close to throwing in the towel and picking up a P1S at this point. Can anyone offer some suggestions on what to do next aside from rebuilding the whole damn thing?
