#z high problem

At the start of the print its perfect but aber a few layer the nozzle scratch the print
there are files in the folder you downloaded called
plus_only_bed_raiser_1.stl
plus_only_bed_raiser_2.stl
plus_only_bed_raiser_3.stl
plus_only_bed_raiser_4.stl
...
probably too much flow
No flow is perfect
if you tune your flow according to your first layer, it is not perfect
cause how do you know your first layer height is perfect without tuning flow first?
I'm on mobile, so just a screen shot of the z section would be best
Or copy and paste the section
Stock lead screws?
Home z and move the z to 50mm and measure of its 50mm
Okay wait
It will either be close to 50, 25, or 100
can you also provide a picture on how a printed object with that problem looks?
yeah, that's too much flow
like way too much
steps for tuning your printer:
- general leveling
- rough z-offset so small stuff at least somewhat sticks
- flow calibration
- more precise first layer height
- temp tower
- might need another flow test cause of different temp
- precise first layer height
- pa and stuff
At least that's how I handle it and that works prefectly fine (also makes sense if you think about it)
dont tune flow according to walls, miragec did a pretty good video about it(r at least I think it was miragec)
I use flow Multiplier calibration
it was not miragec but text in ellis guide:
