Something is wrong with your Y axis - the input shaper graph should have a sharper peak like X... I'd look at belt tension.
also pretty unlikely you'll be seeing 33k on Y, it's usually lower than X

thats what i thought also. I ll have a second look on the tension, tuned it to 114hz 2-3 days ago.
