Hi there, after the first successful print, quality got worse. Identified the PTFE tubing in hotend as the reason (was too short as I didn’t push it in completely when measuring). Fixed this and had to change nozzle , but since then circles are not round anymore, squares have a weird shape. Checked the belt tension and all visible screws / connections so far. Any guesses what the issue might be?
#Shapes are off / weird extrusion?

if circles are not round anymore, you want to derack your gantry and tension the belts again so they're equal
Nero has a nice vid for this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOn6u9kXvy0&t=3s&ab_channel=NERO3D
Video overview on how to solve common racking issues on the voron v2, the tips in this video also cover the v1/v0 and other corexy printers
The question is, if this is also the reason for the weird lines on the squares. The prime line is completely straight. But I already see that this is more than just calibration work
What do you see as "Weird"
Because to me it seems like the bed mesh is not applying correctly
Or the Z offset is off
To me this looks like a reoccurring pattern. I adjusted Z offset. Bed mesh is a fair point as it was done right before I disassembled the hotend. Will try again after proper bed leveling and mesh.
It almost seems like it's wiping to the inside or outisde from the other perimeter
But first I'd fix the z-offset / bed mesh
Unfortunately no change. I guess I will have to tear down the whole machine and reassemble. Have the „hope“ that it’s about the toolhead as nothing else has been changed.
