Ok so my esteps have been calibrated (ask for 100mm get 100mm) EM is good (ask for .4 line width get .4 line width) but for the life of me I can figure out why I can’t fix these line gasp any help is greatly appreciated.

If it was me, I'd check flow and z offset/ on first layer

Yeah flow is dead on .4 like it should be. Bed level is good, this printer doesn’t have any ABL probe. It’s odd though even in the slicer it seems to have those gaps when I preview it.

What's line overlap set at?

#

If you print a 20mm cube, is it 20mm high?

Try increasing your Extrusion multiplier by 5%, see if it helps, if it does tune it from there

#

There's also a setting to have Kira compensate line with, check that three slice it see if the gaps go away, sometimes I don't like to use that I manually increase and decrease my multiplier

#

You have to remember it's trying to produce 4 mm line width if your part is not a multiple of that something has to give
