How do you guys install these magnets? I can get two in but the 3rd is always attracted to one of the others.

That back one needs to be flipped so it's opposite polarity of the front two
I also do the front two first

I’m having no luck with this. I placed the magnet and then slid it over. I let it go and it wants to go back to the first one.
