Octopus V1.1 Wiring-

NOTE:
This is not accurate wiring, I had to change pinouts in some areas such as the BL Touch "Sensor" pin location. I figured I would add this because it helps see how to wire the heated bed and power using the existing E5+ power supply. If there are questions on wiring however, I can try and help in your case.

Assembled, Testing Firmware-

NOTE:
I am also using a BTT TFT50 running Klipper Screen as well as Mainsail on my desktop, here the screen is installed but not functional. I am also working on creating my own custom TFT50/Pi 3B enclosure and mount because I'm not a fan of the one I have currently shown in the picture.
