My printhead started moving, like it shouldn't be, so I though it might be nice time to change the xjoints, the issue consist. Ive recorded video, on which you can hear the sound of top belt being not smooth, and bottom belt being perfect.
Ive tried:
changing xjoints
changed belt tension

Can you isolate where the sound is coming from?

What if you move the print head side to side, front to back
does it make the noise when you do that as well

yes, only when i move the bottom belt, then its smooth
elsewhere its snappy
I have old stepper mounts, but they worked fine

i think ive got it
this pully fell off the shaft, probably wrongly tightened long time ago

Ohh yeah, I had mine loosen when I built my first merc... Added some blue loctite after that
