While I don't struggle too much with this personally, this is my advice:
Try singleplayer games this minimises annoying other players who are mean.
Try sandbox games with less strong objectives. Lots of cosy games are sandbox games and are designed to be chill and not stressful. In sandbox games (like Minecraft), you have lots of options of things to do and can choose what you find least frustrating or difficult
Try lots of different kinds and styles of games (even on different devices if available to you). This gives you lots of options to find what suits you best
As much as this sounds silly, give yourself some time and grace. Games should be played for enjoyment, and it they're not enjoyable, take a break or stop entirely. It's ok to struggle, give up, or get angry. Be kind to yourself.
