How do I ask my parents about getting a psychotherapist again

Try and explain what a pshycotherapist would do and if your parents are against meds not sure if these kids d give any we only had both secret not together then tell them why you feel like ugh need them but if you don't want them tell them how you are given the choice to have meds or not.
