idk what chores/tasks are hard for you but for me body doubling can help quite good when it comes to bigger things (writing a little report or something for example)
idk... it's hard. what I can do is when I do get motivation and get in this productive flow thing I try to do everything I can while the productiveness lasts and hyperfocus on completing everything for those hours.
Yeah its really hard. For me switching activities is also very hard bc of executive dysfunctioning
