so for context i always had really bad ears as in constant ||infections|| ||multiple surgeries|| and recently i had a really bad case of labyrinthine (idk if its called like that in english) anyways so that is causing me to be dizzy a lot of the time every time i have a cold it comes back yesterday i sneezed and i am still really dizzy today. anyways anyone who might have some advice on how to get the dizziness to calm down?

so i had the same thing last year. and literally i have no ideas how to help with dizziness. it got better slowly. buttt..

what i can say is try to drink a lot of water (so that you aren’t dizzy from dehydration as well) and to move slowly (not possible sometimes but if you can it’s helpful).

i hope you feel better soon. /gen

i thought of another thing! uhm. so my dad has complicated ears. and for a while he had really bad vertigo. and he had to do exercises to try help with it.

#

i googled and there’s loads of different types-

#

i don’t know if you were already doing these or something but i thought i’d mention.
