I hate this so much and my bf knows I have tourettes and he tried to trigger them 😭 tourettes sucks ;-;

ahh, ticcing in the night must suuck! I have tics too, though mine don’t come until about an hour after i woke up.
Maybe ask if he can stop triggering them? Maybe tell him the triggers and then ask if he can’t do that?
