On Wednesday this week I got on a bus home I sat down and my headphones ran out of battery. I couldn't listen to music. Shortly after I struggled to breathe and my hands went numb. A few more minutes passed and I went light headed and lost almost all feeling in both my hands, breathing got worse. Once the bus stopped at my stop I got off and once I got off. I felt better I don't know why this happened if anyone else experienced this let me know

i’d say that’s overstimulation. or some kind of anxiety/panic attack.

Probably a severe panic attack. It’s probably nothing to worry about. Maybe pack some wired earphones as well? Or try and find something else that helps you

Maybe its your overstimulation coping thing

Cause busses are cramped and normally busy. That sounds like the start of a shutdown.

Update: I've had this happen to me afew more times but wasn't as bad just had tingly hands (similar to pins and needles) but I had my crush next to me so I had someone to kinda distract me
