Oh that is probably from added tension in the muscles. For me, I can force it to happen if I close my eyes if I want to drown out something, but my tic usually happens with my eyes open (not invalidating you, just sharing my experience with that specific tic)

I mean I dunno, most tics are reptitive but some people have tics that react to outside stimuli sometimes

Because that's a want and something you think, you can't not think mental tics, like tics, you can't surpress them forever and they're very uncomfortable to surpress. For me, they're also very disruptive to my thoughts process since they interrupt what I am thinking. If I'm trying to think of things to say and the same word is being repeated over and over in my head, it's difficult to get anything through

Oh. I believe that some thoughts are involuntary, like I was trying to say with my example (which wasn’t very clear).

When you say that mental tics can be triggered by surroundings, I thought that if I see someone my brain might go “kiss that person”. Though, I don’t want to think that, neither did I think about anything like that before the thought appear.

Aren’t most thoughts triggered by surroundings? I feel like with my ADHD there’s a continuous stream of thoughts. However those aren’t mental tics.

No, not specifically mental tics. Most tics are repetitive and often do not react to surroundings but some people can have tics that respond to surroundings such as hitting things out of people's hands or saying things that pertain to the enjoyment around then, this can also be true for mental tics. I don't have those tics though and I don't know much about them so I can't really speak on what's that like or what the difference is for those type of tics
