you cant rely on motivation to do something, if you only live off motivation its just an inconsistent cycle that will make you spiral down. you need to force yourself up and make habits out of the things that are going to benefit you and knowing youve completed all your positive habits will leave you feeling more complete and better about yourself rather than falling back into the bad habits you might fall back on after losing motivation
obviously its a big change and difficult to stick to but you will put yourself in a better place and thank yourself for it in the end, would be great if i could follow my own advice myself but its all a long process
